The modern space age Olympic pool is a bit different to the 25m brown pond he trudged up and down in all those year ago – but it is still always home.
OB Michael Bohl (1979) has coached the very best and trodden the greatest of pool decks in all the world – but there is still only one Ashgrove – full of promising little Ashgrovians eager to learn and swim faster. The pursuit of excellence.
As humble as always, it was fantastic to see Bohlie back home recently to conduct a coaching clinic and pass on the knowledge of a life time.
Best of luck for the AIC Championships to Head Coach James Boyce and all the boys.
