NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – MARIST COLLEGE ASHGROVE OLD BOYS ASSOCIATION INC.

7:00pm – Tuesday 5th February, 2019 – Conference Room, Tower Block, Marist College Ashgrove, 142 Frasers Rd, Ashgrove QLD 4060

Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Marist College Ashgrove Old Boys Inc will take place at 7:00pm at the Conference room in the Tower Block at the College on Tuesday 5th February 2019. All Members are invited to attend. The following business will be addressed:

– The receiving of the President/Management Committee and Treasurer’s reports;
– The receiving of the auditor’s report and appointment of auditor;
– Election of Office Bearers;
– Election of the Management Committee;
– General Business
